OUTSTANDING FEATURES
- NST#40 spindle with 5 HP (3.73 kW) EVS, inverter driven motor.
- 62” x 19.68” (2,200 x 500 mm) table size.
- High grade casting stress-relieved, providing high rigidity and wear resistance.
- Hardened & ground double-nut ball-screws on 3 axes, provide high precision movement, and reduces heat deformation.
- XYZ slideways, table and T-slot are hardened and ground.
- All ways are coated with turcite-B.
- Dovetail on X slideway, box ways on Y & Z.
- 1:2 ratio timing belt boxes on XYZ, increase drive torque.
- XYZ axes driven by servo motor.
- A pendant control box shows individual buttons for each function, which allows the operator to work with ease.
- YZ steel way covers to protect the slideways and ball-screw from dust and coolant.
- Positioning accuracy: ± 0.0004”/ft. (± 0.010/300 mm)
- Repeating accuracy: ± 0.0002”/ft. (± 0.005/300 mm)
