Introducing the FGP CNC Mobile Gantry Milling Machine, the game-changing machine ideal for onsite machining. This technology allows one to set up the machine around the workpiece. The FGP is capable of performing milling, drilling, tapping and boring operations. It can satisfy the highest quality standards, both in terms of geometric tolerances and surface finish.

Lagun Mobile Line Boring Machine

Lagun’s Mobile Line Boring Machine has a modular design, making it the ideal solution for machine work in one’s manufacturing plant.

The user can assemble these uniquely designed machines through several steel vertical plates with openings, according to their specific needs. The machine can move through these openings performing several tasks (ie boring, milling, facing, drilling and tapping).

Accessories

Universal Heads

The head features two 45º sections with rigid construction, aligning tool rotation with the drive kinematics plane. The sections rotate automatically, available in two versions: main motor rotation with Hirth joint blockage or motorized rotation with hydraulic brake blockage.

Orthogonal Heads

The head has two 90º sections, enabling precise positioning at any angle relative to the machine’s longitudinal axis. The sections rotate automatically, with two versions available: main motor rotation with Hirth joint blockage or motorized rotation with hydraulic brake blockage.

Horizontal Heads

Heads designed for frontal jobs and boring machining. Depending on the part’s machining accessibility, they come in versions such as fixed horizontal heads of varying lengths.

Custom Heads

Custom heads tailored to meet specific customer needs. These can be designed by our R&D department or adapted from commercially available heads to fit the project’s requirements.
